I want to share my positive impressions about the trip that we made with a group of children this year. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the Step_by_step team.by we went on an amazing tour: The dream of everyone who studies foreign languages is to see London! And along the way we visited Warsaw, Hanover, Calais, Canterbury, Oxford, Paris and Disneyland, Dresden. Isn't it a miracle! The tour was carefully planned to see and visit to the maximum. We were accompanied by experienced and organized agency managers, an excursion with a Russian-speaking guide was organized in each city, hot meals were organized along the way, we stayed overnight in hotels with breakfast. And in London they lived in hospitable English families. We also took an English course, which added even more flavor to this trip. Learn a foreign language in an environment, in a country, with native speakers!!! What a highlight! We also went to cafes, shopping, took the subway and trains in London on our own, and bought our own tickets. What an experience! Tickets were purchased in advance for all places of interest by the agency, which significantly reduced the waiting time before visiting. During the whole tour, we traveled by a comfortable bus, where we could leave things and groceries. The bus stopped at sanitary stops enough times for all passengers. Additionally, no one needed any stops, no meals, no toilet in the bus itself. The guys felt good, free and comfortable. It was possible to charge a mobile phone on the bus - a sufficient number of outlets were provided for all tourists. The air conditioner was working, the air temperature in the bus was as comfortable as possible. The tour turned out to be intense, exciting and exciting. I definitely want to repeat this tour!!! So, finally I got around to writing a review about this travel company. I went on a London-Paris tour back in 2025. I would like to start by saying that this is not my first trip outside the Republic of Belarus. Naturally, I read the reviews about this tour company and to say that I was surprised by so many bad reviews (and there were a lot of them) is an understatement. I thought it was fake reviews (competition, no other way) and I thought it wouldn't affect me in any way. But from the very beginning, something went wrong. Getting through to them is a separate conversation. Well, okay, I got through.…It seems that everything was discussed, I arrived, signed a contract, deposited funds, and then... everything got much worse. Gradually, I started having questions and I called the travel agency- they didn't pick up the phones, I wrote in messengers- the same thing (and the messages were clearly read, but left unanswered). I had to write for several days in a row to get a DRY ANSWER, and not all the questions were answered yet (for example, I asked a question about the translation of documents into English and the cost of insurance in one (!) message, so they answered only about the cost of insurance (of course, I didn't want to lose money on the translation, apparently...). They answer SOOO hard and dry, you need to get everything with ticks. But as soon as you hand over the money and pay for something, they dial right away (you throw it off because you're driving, they'll still bang)… It's the same with the documents. In general, they have everything at the very last moment. Further. There is no way to organize the tour itself. Of course, when you come and have fun there, it's all forgotten, but the aftertaste remains. I also forgot to mention that I specifically took a vacation for the tour dates. I was warned that the UK visa is being prepared within 2 months (and it was also necessary to open Schengen). The UK visa was scheduled to be applied for 2 months before the start of the tour. Of course, I understand perfectly well that we don't have time for those tour dates, but they are silent.… A month before the tour, they say, they need to postpone the tour a month in advance.… Cool, of course, but no one can take my vacation.… I barely got any discount, but then they wrote that I would still have to pay almost 100 euros for the tour, since the band didn't have enough🫦 In general, there was an accompanying person on the tour, probably everything.… I wanted to go to France this year (with a visit to Disneyland). Of course, other companies have such a tour, but I thought that, you never know, something has changed in a year and now competent and competent specialists are working there. She started calling. Of course, it was difficult to get through, but I did it. They gave me the phone number of another specialist, well, OK. It also takes me a long time to get through to this specialist and he tells me that not all the information is listed on the website, as a new website is being prepared and he will definitely send me the current dates and information on tours in 30 minutes. I wrote to him myself in Viber (since the numbers are different in my messengers). I'm still waiting. Messages from me have been read and not answered. I write to them almost every day- no reply, no greetings. Well, tell me that you don't want to work and people won't contact you, why pull the cat? By the way, I've been writing to them since 05.03 (for a week now). Well done, keep it up! Even putting one star is too much. Where the 3.9 rating comes from is not particularly clear to me. I do not recommend this tour company to anyone. The attitude towards customers is simply not good. It's boiling over! 0/10.

Bad experience with a manager or tour agent. The questions are answered briefly and dryly, instead of explaining everything normally, you pull out everything. It's as if only we are interested, but the company is not interested in the client. And when I refused to take the tour for certain reasons, I faced the most terrible attitude and treatment in my favor! Disgusting company policy . The reviews here were confusing, but we hoped we'd be lucky. Bad luck!

I've had experience with many agencies, but I've never encountered such a disgusting attitude. The managers respond as if you are homeless and begging from them. Collection of documents - "Send it urgently by tomorrow." I immediately want to know why not do this in advance, given that the documents are the same every year +. If you search, you can find a tour much cheaper.

A terrible agency. Starting from the collection of documents, ending with the trip itself. The children went with the group and I will start from the very beginning. The agency is terribly disorganized and unassembled. They reported on the delivery of money or some documents at the latest. It was especially killing when they said on Friday to bring notarized documents on Monday. By the way, it is very difficult to find a notary who works on weekends. They were always confused about information, gave false information, which made it necessary to go to them several times, to the notary, or in general, according to other documents. They changed the departure dates several times, as we have learned in recent days. And that's not all, but already from this we can conclude that the agency is incompetent and does not do its job efficiently. I will continue with the trip itself: they provided a terrible guide who had the right to speak rudely and mockingly towards children, especially women. They did not give permission to go to the toilet on the bus, but when asked to stop at the nearest stop, they began to humiliate the whole group. In addition, the driver did not allow the child to pick up the purchased food from the bus, despite the fact that neither lunch nor dinner are given at the hotel. The bus itself is terribly small and uncomfortable. The air conditioner leaks, which makes all things wet, there are only 4 outlets for a group of 50 people. Also a driver. This is a separate topic. Our children had 2 Polish drivers. One of them is very good, understanding, unfortunately I can't remember his name. But this cannot be said about the second one. He threatened that if the garbage (corny water bottle) would stay on the bus overnight, then each person from the group would be obliged to pay him 200 rubles, although at the same time, garbage bags were provided 4 times for the entire trip. The same driver shouted how fast he needed to get somewhere, and as a result, the children still stood for an hour and waited for him. When the children left Disneyland, they had to have overnight transit through Germany, and accordingly, everyone went to wash up in the toilet from Disneyland. but the driver decided to raise the tone for the child, who also wanted to get off the bus and go to the toilets, with the words "then you will fly home by plane yourself." After that, the children waited for the escorts for about an hour. Why such a rush?) The guide forced me to go up to the toilet at night, saying that the nearest stop was only in 7 hours, even if the child replied that he did not want to go to the toilet. In general, I do not advise anyone to contact this agency, you will rub your nerves before departure and continue to rub them already on the tour itself.
