One of the best sights of the city. It looks very impressive, there are almost parks along the entire wall where you can walk comfortably. As a result, you can reach the fortress of Yedikule if you walk towards the embankment. The fifth century was built, there are many signs in English, in many places you can climb the walls. And all this splendor is absolutely free. I highly recommend visiting

A very majestic and fascinating building, now inhabited by local residents and, although strange, but quite organically integrated into the modern city. We walked along the wall along Khoja Chakir Street, the view is less pompous, but interesting. From the outside, it looks more belligerent. Unfortunately, in some places the surrounding situation is alarming, on the other hand, you feel even more strongly about the defenders of the ancient city, who stood to the death before the Ottomans.

Theodosian walls. It's not a very popular tourist destination, but it's worth paying attention to. We walked from Yedikule Castle to the walls opposite the monastery of Chora. In some places there are restored sections, in some places there are fragments of walls (but the old masonry is visible). Closer to the Yedikule Castle, there are now vegetable gardens in the place of the former moat.
