The hotel is not the best. The main problem is smells. There is a trash dumb right next to entrance, and basically when you open the window, I'd it blows a bit wind from that side you get smells of tresh. Also in your room there was something with canalization, and there would be smell from time to time from shower tubes. And lastly in our room the air conditioner was working very baldy. It was making a bit cold, but sometimes it was not enough.

The hotel is very cozy and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, it is clear that the renovation is fresh, everything is neat and comfortable. It's a pleasure to be there. But the most important thing in this hotel is the administrators Malika and Amalia. I myself am from another city, and they helped me a lot: they explained everything, prompted, and were always there for me. They are very polite, kind, and helpful — these are the people who make the hotel truly special. Thanks to them, only the warmest impressions remained. I will definitely come back again.

Top for the price. I checked in for a day in a room with an area of about 45 square meters for 18 thousand rubles. I liked everything. The room has bathrobes, a safe, TV, Internet, shower, clean bed linen. I recommend it to everyone!c

Unfortunately, the impressions of the hotel turned out to be negative. There is a karaoke bar in the building, and music plays until 12 at night, which makes it impossible to relax. Breakfast is extremely monotonous: nothing has changed in a week — half a sausage, an egg, bread and instant coffee. Separately, the deposit system is alarming. When checking out, they check the room, and there is a possibility that the deposit may be withheld. This is the first time I've seen this in a hotel. It also raises questions about why the hotel is not available on Booking.com . Perhaps this is done to avoid objective reviews. In general, it seems that the hotel and the karaoke bar are managed in a coordinated manner, as if their owners are interconnected and turn a blind eye to the inconvenience they cause to guests. This neighborhood is clearly not conducive to a comfortable stay.

This hotel also states everywhere that pets are allowed. There is a "notify the hotel about the pet" button on the booking, which we always do. as a result, we already checked in, went for a walk with the dog, the receptionist saw her, and did not mention any additional charges. It's already late in the evening, they knock on our door, hand over the phone, where, presumably, the hotel manager shouts in a voice not her own, "YOU CAN'T COME TO US WITH PETS AT ALL!!TELL THEM TO PAY 10,000 MORE!" and he screams for a long time and proves that NOWHERE is it written that it is possible with pets. I repeat, on various resources everywhere at this hotel there is a note "you can come with pets." and it's not about money, it's just unprofessionalism and rudeness. all the same things can be said to the guest adequately. and also, when you are shown evidence, admit the mistake and negotiate with the guest. and let's go through the rest of the points.: - the mattress in the room is just creepy, even in the photo you can see all the springs - there are ants in the bathroom - a noisy club nearby, music is playing at night - for some reason, the bed is not made, they made it themselves of the advantages: - stable internet connection - bathrobes in the room - we bought delicious pies at the hotel cafe - nice interior

There is a restaurant nearby, the time is 23:45, the music is screaming so that the walls are shaking. It is unclear who the hotel is designed for and for whom it is. We have a flight and we're up in 2 hours, it's absolutely impossible to sleep. Under the windows, there is an uproar, noise and generally some kind of Mumbai 😒 The room has one towel, one pair of slippers and generally everything for one person. I had to go and ask for additional supplies. In general, the impressions of the hotel are terrible!

They spare the electricity, I don't understand what nonsense it is to sit and breathe these smokes. The whole impression of the holiday has evaporated. The toilet is better on the ground floor, dirty on the second floor. Karaoke gets in the way of watching football. Orders take a very long time to carry. There is a bar on the second floor, but there is nothing there. It's empty. We could at least put beer there. Mugs, plates, tea. But no. Even this is being carried from the ground floor. I do not recommend going there.
