We had a family vacation in July 2025 (2 adults and 2 children). We lived in a four-bed room with amenities. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning. The guest house has a very comfortable relaxation area by the pool, there is a barbecue area. The pool is gorgeous, especially in the evening with lighting. The children didn't get out of it. Adults prefer the sea, it's beautiful here. There are very few people on the shore, which is especially pleasing. The hotel has a kitchen, but it is not recommended to cook full meals there. Meals are offered in the dining room for an additional fee. The dining room is clean, the menu is delicious and varied. Breakfast, lunch and dinner for four people cost about 3,000 rubles per day, which is quite acceptable and very tasty. There are a lot of rooms in the house, we were lucky and the neighbors were friendly and funny. The hosts are friendly. We were satisfied with our stay and would be happy to recommend this guest house.

I returned from vacation and decided to share my impressions.… The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place, the sea is behind the gate, there are not many people, the territory itself is very beautiful, with a large swimming pool and a relaxation area, everything is clean and tidy. There is a kitchen, mainly for cooking light meals. What kind of sunsets are there And what is the view from the 2nd floor balcony 😍 Elena and Aznaur, Eduard, Ekaterina, thank you for your wonderful villa, for the hospitality, for the sincere conversations that make you look at a lot from the other side, advice, fascinating stories, and for everything. You have a place where you want to return, and we will definitely return more than once. I would also like to say a big thank you to Leila and Oksana for the delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners (dumplings with cheese are mine), even my fastidious children enjoyed eating everything. Although there is a kitchen, you absolutely do not want to cook even light meals with such a dining room, especially for such prices. The rooms are comfortable, the territory is well maintained and clean! The pool is well maintained! There is a sauna! This is a separate huge thrill! The sea is clear outside the gate! The location relative to the city is the golden mean. You can get there by public transport. You can see the domes of New Athos from the shore). Marmalade Cafe - delicious homemade food. Very friendly atmosphere). I definitely recommend it, and we are ready to come back here again and again!
