The poshest place, without alcohol, it would seem to be closer to the center, probably it would not be possible to break through. Every time I come to Pavlodar in the last 3 years, I have been visiting this institution several times. Cozy, not noisy, excellent cuisine! I'm afraid to intercept, half the tables are already booked in the evenings.

A good meat restaurant in Pavlodar. Steaks are made perfectly, they are very scrupulous about roasting: I took a horse meat steak, so not medium, not well done, but medium well. By the way, such roasting is great for horse meat: the juiciness remains, but the meat is already without redness. This steak will be delicious both hot and cold, but I recommend cutting it into thin slices. In addition to steaks, I really liked Adjarian khachapuri precisely because of the cool crispy dough. The service is smooth, everything is clear. What I liked, the waiter very confidently advises which kind of lemonade to take, how to choose a steak to taste, what to take from a barbecue. In general, a decent place to eat good meat!
