We contacted the bank about currency exchange. A large sum. One of the clerks refused the exchange, as she did not have the amount of money and it did not matter that 2 other cashiers confirmed the availability at the bank branch. She even helpfully explained the meaning of the word "no" several times in her refusal with the phrase "What don't you understand?! I don't have any money!" After asking another cashier to "enlighten" all the money for verification, it was suggested that we should double-check everything ourselves: "Let them look with their own eyes and hands! We don't have to check anything before handing it out!" The whole process was accompanied by rudeness from the first cashier, shouting in the ear of another, which made it difficult to work and concentrate, as well as complaints that we were delaying the queue. It's a terrible attitude. I will never enter this branch again!
