Level 7 Local Expert

Simplicity in the flesh. 4 items in the menu: sausages, bread, beer, and mustard. No seats inside, just Soviet-style standing tables. Everything fits together perfectly, LITERALLY. This place is outside of time and space – everything here might have been exactly the same anywhere in the Soviet bloc at any time in the past 50 years. Even the guy behind the counter has been here for half a century. It's unbelievable that places like this exist. Must see. P.S. For best results go in small companies (2-3) and absolutely minimize technology usage during. Spend a bit of time outside space-time.

I specially came by metro to look at the non-fancy Tbilisi and visit this place. Everything was in line with my expectations: the atmosphere and delicious fresh beer. The owner is a friendly grandfather, the hostess is such an evil Soviet grandmother 😀 Price tag: 1 beer, 4 sausages, bread with mustard: 10 lari. Everything is the same, but a big pile of sausages, as in the photo: 20 GEL. Everything is delicious
