We stayed at the hotel, and breakfast was included in the price. On the first day, a very nice and pleasant girl brought breakfast in a wonderful serving, everything is beautiful and delicious. After that, the advantages ended. On the second day, they brought porridge and sausages in one plate... it felt like pigs were piled up. On the third day, despite my request to make them on separate plates, they were also brought on one, and the vegetables were also frozen and smelled of raw fish. The first two photos are breakfast on the first day, the third is frozen and smelly vegetables. The blonde main girl was very apologetic, but the impression was still spoiled and the appetite was gone. They offered to do something else to improve, but I was no longer in the mood.

It's a beautiful place, but... We went to this cafe on a day off. The interior is very decent: high ceilings and a pleasant atmosphere. There were no complaints about the kitchen either — the pizza arrived quickly, it was delicious. The menu is small (burgers, nuggets, a couple of salads and lots of desserts), which is convenient for a quick snack, but the service is organized as strangely as possible. No one greets us at the entrance, although there were no people at the counter when we entered. It took a while to find out that the waiters didn't take orders at the tables, although the number of menus and waiters suggested otherwise. The receipt is not handed out after payment, it is immediately given to the waiter for further "identification" of you at the table. As a result, I couldn't even see right away that my order wasn't fully processed. It became clear only when some of the food was not brought. There were 3-4 waiters available in the hall, but they were just crowding at the cash register waiting for receipts. At that time, there was a queue of 10 people at the counter. Why it is impossible to take an order at a table and unload the entrance area is a mystery. The cash register is located directly opposite the entrance to the kitchen. Waiters with dirty dishes are forced to make their way through a dense crowd of guests in line. It looks chaotic and uncomfortable. I wanted to reorder the positions that they forgot to fill, but when I saw the crowd at the checkout, I changed my mind. Standing there a second time is a dubious pleasure. There weren't enough regular glasses in the middle of the day. If you just want to eat a quick pizza and leave, it's not a bad option. But because of the strange self-service system with a staff of waiters, I don't want to go back. The cafe is clearly losing revenue simply because it is inconvenient for guests to make additional orders.

There is an atmosphere, but cleanliness and literacy are a problem. The Village Chicken Cafe or Stari Mlyn in Loshitsky Park is a place with an incredible atmosphere. The location of the old mill building, red brick, fixtures made of water pipes, curtains made of wooden blocks — all this creates a sense of comfort and some kind of real, not invented style. The cuisine is quite modest: the menu consists mainly of dishes that heat up quickly (chicken, potatoes, sandwiches). There are several salads, standard coffee and tea. We were particularly pleased with the desserts — the tarts and cakes were quite decent. Of the cons: Purity: The cleaning lady leaves much to be desired. The tables are streaked with stains, and the trash just drips off them onto the floor. Literacy: We found a funny typo in the menu — "chicken wings". It's clear that the wings were meant, but it turned out to be very funny and memorable! The staff is diligent and pleasant. In general, come here for an unusual atmosphere and simple food, not for culinary delights. And be sure to find those "wings" on the menu!
