Unfortunately, after the trip with the Start Holiday VIP Transfer, I had a very unpleasant impression of communicating with the company's manager. I want to note right away that we have absolutely no complaints about the drivers. The drivers were polite, the cars were comfortable, and the transfer itself was done efficiently. The main problem was precisely the work of the manager. Even at the booking stage, the manager made two mistakes with the specified time. Despite the fact that I initially reported the correct arrival time — 07:55, a completely different time appeared in the correspondence. Later, a similar confusion arose with the reverse transfer. I had to double-check the information and correct errors on my own, although it is the company that is responsible for making the reservation correctly. The manager's communication style caused the most confusion. Instead of just answering the client's questions, he began to teach and explain how clients should behave. For example, to my usual question about whether the driver would have change from $ 100, instead of a short answer, I received long lectures and arguments. The following phrases followed: "So we should put a bag of money in each car and give everyone the change?" "Buy a can of Coke at the store opposite the hotel, give them $100 and get the change." "Stop constantly accusing people who explain things to you of being rude." Later, the manager allowed himself completely unacceptable statements.: "Writing to you is a waste of my time." "If you weren't causing trouble, I wouldn't be writing to you at all." Upon arrival, there was a delay in baggage collection at the airport. It was the airport's problem, not the passengers'. We didn't disappear, didn't ignore messages, and were constantly in touch. On the return transfer, the driver arrived at 15:00, and we arrived at about 15:08. Yes, there was indeed a slight delay on our part. However, instead of calmly resolving the organizational issue, the manager started sending numerous emotional messages and complaints again. At some point, the communication became so unpleasant and intrusive that I had to simply block the manager in order to stop the correspondence. I travel a lot and I understand perfectly well that any company can have difficulties in its work. But the client is asking for a service, not for moralizing, sarcasm and accusations. Respectful attitude towards the client should remain unchanged regardless of the situation. It is a pity that the behavior of one employee left such a negative impression of the company. I sincerely hope that the management will pay attention to the standards of communication between managers and clients.

We booked a transfer from the Start Holiday VIP Transfer company from Antalya airport to Kemer and back. The manager sent me a reservation that had inaccuracies. In particular, the name of the hotel is incorrect, the time of the return transfer to the airport is incorrect, and the location of the transfer to the airport is aayt. I've reported the inaccuracy so that changes can be made. To which I received the answer: you have a mental disorder! I won't book anything for you. Stay away from me and my cars! As we found out in other reviews, such communication is the norm for this company.
