A good hotel for your money....price is quality.The breakfasts are not bad, the assortment and variety of dishes are small, but everything is fresh and balanced.The location of the hotel is good-everything can be said within walking distance.Cleaning in the room is daily.The staff is smiling and friendly, sociable-they will prompt you if you have any questions.I put a minus for the old furniture, plumbing, and there was a problem with the maids-either the towel was not reported, or the TV remote control was lost.So to speak, so that there is something to be fined for- 300kd(1000-1200₽).A passport was left at the reception as a deposit for the entire stay.There was a safe in the room for storing money and documents.

Excellent location, close to the beach and all the infrastructure. The rooms are good, all appliances are functioning, the water is always hot, plumbing does not leak, large balcony. But the repairs are old and worn, the cleaning is so-so, the bed is rarely changed, towels are only thrown on the floor. The Wi-Fi at the reception is excellent. there were barely any rooms, out of 17 days I worked in the room for only 3 days. Breakfast is meager, soup, eggs, 1-2 types of meat and side dishes, guava/watermelon/tangerine fruits, tea/coffee, baguette, jam. There are no pastries, no potatoes, and the juice is tasteless colored water. There is a construction site near the hotel, noise in the afternoon, and chants from temples in the morning. The pool is small, there are no sun loungers/umbrellas, only a table and 3 chairs, but the pool itself is clean. The main disadvantage for me is smoking on site. The hotel positions itself as a non-smoking place, smoking is allegedly prohibited in every room, and there is a fine. However, there are smoking rooms on each floor and on the balconies in the rooms. This is unacceptable to me! Things drying on the balcony smelled of smoke, and you could smell tobacco coming out of the elevator. If cigarette smoke doesn't bother you, you can go, the hotel is generally good in terms of price/quality ratio. Nothing was stolen, no money was extorted, the staff is friendly.

It's a great hotel for three stars. We rested for 20 days in room 501, April 2026. The staff is friendly, responds quickly to all questions, and the breakfasts are normal, with soups and omelets. The pool is small but with cool water, it helps out in the heat. Room cleaning daily, with replacement of towels. I recommend.
