We have been vacationing in this place with the whole family since the age of 22 every summer and spring - a magnificent place with picturesque views by the sea! There is access to the beach, the sea is 50 meters from the house, there is a rental of sun beds, snowshoes, the cleanest sea and beach, few people, which is rare now, there is a cafe nearby where you can have lunch and dinner if you do not want to cook yourself, now there are also new, cozy rooms. Very kind, helpful, attentive host!Nice place, I recommend it!

I had a rest with my daughter and parents at the Old Man and the Sea guest house in September 2024. The weather was beautiful, at 30 degrees. I wanted to be on the first line, but it turned out to be just unrealistically cool on the zero line. The light sound of the sea in the morning, closer to lunch, dolphins swim very close to the shore. The rooms are comfortable, with a double bed and a sofa, wardrobe, refrigerator. Each room has its own bathroom with shower. In general, there is everything for a comfortable stay. And in the evening, roast a barbecue and have dinner looking at the surf and the setting sun, it's just lovely. The owner is just a sweetheart, he always takes all wishes into account. In the evening we played backgammon with the owner, turned out to be a wonderful and very interesting companion))) The photos were taken sitting in the summer kitchen, enjoying the view of the sea at sunset

I was delighted with this accommodation) The houses are located near Sukhum, you can get there by public transport or taxi in 5-10 minutes. Since the accommodation is not located in the center, the sea is very clean, and dolphins can be regularly seen passing by) I got special pleasure from the magnificent view of the sea. We admired the sunsets every day. The landlord, Zaza, met me at the train station, was always very friendly and treated me to various goodies) In general, it was a very cozy atmosphere, in the evenings we gathered together with other guests in the summer kitchen, talked, grilled kebabs and enjoyed the views. There are several shops nearby, canteen-type cafes, Marnero and Mokko beach cafes are a 5-minute drive away, where concerts, open-air film screenings, and playgrounds are available. In general, this is the best accommodation for me from those where I lived in Sukhumi
