There is a regular station, there is a toilet, there are lockers for luggage storage. There are minimarkets and cafes nearby. We went to see the deer, took pictures, ate at one of the many cafes and drove from this station to Kyoto.

We conveniently got from Kyoto , left our things in the luggage room at the station , and drove to Osaka in the afternoon 👍

It's a very interesting town, with a lot of deer. There are toddlers, there are average ones - these are more or less pleasant, and there are old deer, scary, with horns. We avoided them. My daughter was very scared of so many artiodactyls already at the entrance. Then I cried for half an hour, but later I accepted and got into the animals. All the deer bow down to you, asking for livers. They can be purchased both at the entrance and along the way in the park. The deer beg for them, sometimes I push you in the back with my forehead, and two of us even got bitten - my husband was bitten in the stomach, and I was bitten in the 5th point. It's scary, but it doesn't hurt. In general, of course, it's worth a visit, but besides the delight, we also experienced unpleasant emotions.
