We were there for the first time, we really liked everything! There is a good medical base, many specialized specialists, and there is a laboratory! You can undergo an examination in parallel with treatment. The territory is beautiful, large, well maintained. And all this on Lake Naroch, along the shore of which it is a pleasure to walk. A varied customized menu, it is not possible to stay hungry (unless, of course, you do not eat lobsters in white wine every day at home). The staff is friendly, friendly and very helpful. The receptionists at the reception are always ready to help and solve (if possible, of course) our wishlist. The room is clean, linen and towels are of good quality. Bathrobes can be rented. There is a utility room where you can do laundry for an additional fee. We will definitely return to this wonderful place with great pleasure! Good luck to Sputnik, prosperity and further development!!!

We visited the Sputnik sanatorium for the first time, from January 6 to January 16, 2026. I was pleasantly impressed by the very attentive and friendly staff, starting from the receptionist, ending with all the paramedics and waiters! The quality of wellness services is at a high level! The rooms are clean, good modern renovation! We lived in the second building! Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed regularly. Wonderful and competent doctors and nurses! And the spa center with mineral water in the Jacuzzi is just a delight! I would like to mention the service and food in the dining room, the variety of dishes on the menu (you choose what to order), everything is balanced and delicious, especially the gorgeous borscht! There were numerous fruits, wonderful salads, the choice was always great! The dietitian himself came up and asked about our wishes and whether we liked everything?!) He also advised my aunt on nutrition for weight loss, gave recommendations, and paid maximum attention! The territory of the sanatorium is surrounded by pine trees, the cleanest air, beauty and cleanliness all around! My aunt and I were very pleased with our visit to the sanatorium! We will come again and more than once!

We are vacationing for a week in April 2026 with a company: parents 60 years old and a daughter 30 years old. Everyone likes it. The key rule for a vacation to be as cool as possible is preparation. After booking, I wrote in advance to the spa for booking massages (the paid part is paid, upon arrival there are no more places for those who are not prepared), the thermal room, and the thermal park (this is a Jacuzzi and sauna outside). The outdoor Jacuzzi (park) was enough for us to try once, everything is great, but we get tired in our busy schedule. By the way, this is the only entertainment after dinner. Of course, there are movies and music, but it's not ours. 1. Rooms and location. You need to accept the high audibility as a fact and ask for corner rooms when booking. We had a wonderful 435 and 433 in 2 buildings. I think the ideal number is 35...335,435,535 and so on. Worse is the 1st building, even worse is the 2nd floor of the 1st and 2nd buildings, since this is a walk-through floor, all 300 people walk through it every day. But in the evening, mostly everyone sleeps, so it's not critical for sleep. 2. Treatment. I also studied the entire list in advance and came to the doctor with a list of my wishlist. That's why we had a fruitful conversation and put together a real relaxation program for me. I didn't want light therapy, magnets, or currents, but the doctor nevertheless found an approach to me and recommended a face lamp (prevention of sinusitis and skin improvement). My favorite is a paid lymph machine. I see the effect immediately after the procedure, as the water leaves and the legs become more prominent. Mud is also a very unusual procedure on a hot water mattress. 3. Nature. This is love, what can I say... I'm from St. Petersburg, as if I've never breathed oxygen before... I'm breathing deeply and I'm surprised at the freshness of the air. 4. Food. As noted in many reviews, the menu is customized and you eat what they bring for the first 2 days. But! I was very pleased that the staff was responsive and, despite the fact that I was ready for the fish day on Thursday, the dishes were changed several times due to fish intolerance. In general, you can delicately ask about the availability of something else, and they didn't refuse me anything in 2 days :) The food is delicious and there is a lot of it. I'm a specific eater (I don't eat sausages, mayonnaise, all fish, mushrooms), Dad is tall and omnivorous, but we're both full. 5. Transfer. There is a free transfer from the railway station in Minsk on Mon and Thurs at 11:00 by appointment. Please specify when booking.
