I am very pleasantly surprised. I bought puma sneakers a couple of months ago. After the warranty has already passed, the backs began to be wiped. I wrote a review about the sneakers on the website and was advised to contact the store. Not hoping for anything, I went to the store and showed a couple to which they offered me a refund.
