It's quite a nice hotel. The staff is friendly, sociable, and helpful. Everyone will prompt and help. Very convenient location of the hotel. There is a parking lot where there are always free places. There was always water in the hotel, which was very gratifying, as we had heard that the water was often turned off. I lived in a single room, I thought it would be very uncomfortable, but in vain. There is enough space for one. I liked everything. But for those who are traveling, it is better to book in advance, because the hotel is packed with volunteers, business travelers, etc. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

A quiet horror. The room seems clean at first glance, but there are no censorious words behind the headboard, between the wall and the headboard, like in Aladdin's cave, and you can see it all with the naked eye. The bed linen is clean, but there were even a couple of holes in the stains, and it doesn't even match the size of the bed (the sheet is the size of a handkerchief). The shower stall is covered in plaque and not particularly clean. The TV shows disgustingly, most of the channels are heavily interfered with. On the last day of our stay, an inadequate couple lived in the next room, who walked down the corridor constantly, back and forth (apparently smoking), periodically swore at the top of their voices and, judging by the noise, fought, listened to music at full volume, even at night, and it all lasted until about 2 a.m. No action was taken by the hotel administration at all. In short, it's not a hotel, but a hostel by all criteria. Dirty, uncomfortable and noisy.

I stay at this hotel often, I have been here 8 times in the last year, with a stay of about one week each time. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can quickly get to many institutions, even on foot. There are many supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can buy good ready-made food and withdraw cash from an ATM. The hotel has round-the-clock hot and cold water, Wi-Fi is available. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The heating system works well in the hotel in autumn, winter and spring. Even the most budget rooms are equipped with split systems, so it's also comfortable in summer. The room has a TV. Compared to hotels in nearby cities, this is a budget cost of living. Hotel accommodation is considered to be safer in comparison with daily rental housing, the owner of which is unknown. As far as I know, this is the only operating hotel in Alchevsk in 2025. Very polite staff. I will be very happy to come here again.
