I've been going to sozo salons for styling and make-up for a long time, and I was satisfied, so when the clinic opened, I went there without a doubt. Terrible service! Premium salon, but unfortunately there is no hot water. I was at the Yashi dom procedure. The water was turned on 10 minutes before the end, so during those 10 minutes the office was flooded. I walked on a wet floor 2 cm, froze. At the same time, there were many electrical appliances connected to electricity in the office. It would have been possible to resolve the situation by offering another office for collection, but I had to leave the salon in wet socks and shoes! I took the photo before leaving, when they were already cleaning.
