For 2.5 rubles per month, access to a 24/7 video surveillance camera and the ability to view archived files for 30 days from the moment of recording through the Beltelecom application and no additional charges for equipment, installation, maintenance and everything else (according to the subscriber of the video surveillance service from Beltelecom). I wanted to get something similar from Modern Service LLC. No! Installation of video surveillance cameras at the expense of residents in the amount of about 100 rubles, depending on the category of citizens, divided into 5 months. Installed and connected after 3 installments. At the conclusion of the contract, the representative of the company did not explain anything, and even more so did not tell about the video archive access system, so I had to call and ask questions. The subscription fee is 5.5 rubles. There is no full access to the archive! Real-time camera view - no! To watch the camera recording, I had to call the manager at the organization. She accepted the application and sent it to another department. After a while, they called back and clarified the date and time of the desired appointment, offered to fill out a form with passport data, address and full name, without which access is impossible. Filled it out and sent it. As the time was approaching 17.00, they called and offered to continue the next day. The next morning, an employee called and dropped a link to a video file that needs to be downloaded and a video player, in case the phone is old and does not support the recording format. A 3-hour recording is more than 1 gigabyte. Downloading it to your phone every time is such a pleasure. The recording quality is not bad, but the color was often lost.

This time, I even connected the app to myself. And sure enough, the crow flew in, heron and flew away. I still hadn't found the keys, but at least I knew what had happened. I made new ones.
