I have been living in Trabzon for 10 years. I can say that you can have the best meal in Yrabzon at the “Soup Boiler”. I have to go for soup at 02:00 at night. There are clean, hygienic, fresh and high-quality products.Jul. Tripe, trotters, lentils, chicken broth soup, stewing, dried beans, liver, rice pudding and corn bread. There are ladies in the kitchen who smell like mom. It smells like good food. There is no heavy smell like artisan restaurants. Jul. The toilets are clean and well maintained. I can't say they're very cheap. But it's good quality. The only bad part is the difficulty of parking in heavy traffic flowing in front of the restaurant.
