The Sosnovy Bor sanatorium in Kostanay region, I really liked it. A lot of procedures were performed during the week. The offices are staffed by responsive and attentive medical staff. The procedures are individual. No crowding, everything is calm. Massage is paid, but the masters are professionals. Chinese foot massage, Spanish facial and head massage, general. Everything is great! The food is excellent and varied. Fruits, ayran, besh, soups, porridges, many different salads. * One downside* - there was only one elevator working. There were a lot of people, they were wasting their time waiting. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We went for a walk on Scandinavian poles. The nature is fabulous. "I came to Sosnovy Bor near Kostanay — it's winter, minus twenty degrees, but it's warm inside, like in an old house. The building is a Soviet seven—storey building, concrete, brick, fresh repairs, clean. The territory is white, the paths are cleared, the pines are covered in frost, as if in silver. The air is coniferous, frosty, and it stings in the nose, but it feels as if the lungs have inhaled for the first time. Food — porridges, soups, burgers, pies — everything is hot, satisfying, delicious, without falseness. The rooms are simple and warm: bed, TV, shower. Treatment — baths, massage, physio. Doctors are calm, they don't drive. The staff is polite, the maids clean quietly. You can't see the manual, but you can feel it: everything is clear, without fuss, as if you were expected. And silence is a separate magic: the snow falls, the pines rustle, and suddenly everything goes quiet inside. It was as if someone had turned off the noise in his head. He didn't leave as a hero, but it was easier — his joints ached less, and his soul was cleaner. For that kind of money, it's the best thing to have in winter. I recommend it."

We constantly go on vacation to Sosnovy Bor, more often for a day stay, but sometimes we rent either a house or a room. After the repair, the software base was reflected, there is a place to walk, it is very beautiful and picturesque. The rooms and cabins are well renovated, the food is also good. I wish there was more entertainment.
