В основном плюсы - прекрасное расположение, чистый сосновый воздух. Живу здесь 45 лет и все устраивает. Из минусов только отсутствие магазинов, но со сдачей в эксплуатацию ещё восьми домов, ситуация разрешиться.

Эти дома дорогие да ив этом районе магазина транспорта нет как добиратся где брать продукты только для пожилых да и то без продуктов не прожить а на себе таскать не тот возраст
