There seem to be norms for goods, but the staff here is lame... in particular, the cashiers... I used to work as a cashier myself and I don't understand is this the norm now? Why say hello? They don't even ask about the customer's card, no matter how much I go. And when you show them the card, they don't consider it necessary to send it through the cashier. Sometimes they are rude… Some people look like they've been up all night watching Hollywood and are about to fall asleep at their workplace. And once there was a queue and the cashier and the customer were discussing what kind of cat food to snack on vodka ... well, there are simply no words.…

I only come here to buy something near my house. The staff is terrible, they close the store when they want, at 22:50 you sometimes won't come in, you fly from work hoping to have time to buy something, and they are closed? Just because they wanted to. Maybe the management will pay attention to this outrage? I'm not talking about expired goods at all. I won't even write anything.

I recommend that the director of this place stock up on technical equipment in the form of keyboards and valerian for the staff) Because I have never seen such a passive-aggressive reaction to a request to cancel a product, even though I have worked with people in this field myself and fully understand and respect the work of cashiers. But a banal request turned into aggressive keyboard tapping to show his displeasure. Apparently, everyone forgot about "Hello" and "Goodbye" too, and they save their precious vocabulary for talking on the phone at the workplace when there is a kilometer-long queue :)
