Please do something about the entrance group to the store. Firstly, there is a vegetable department right at the entrance, so much so that if someone stops to pick something out/ put it down, it is difficult to get around this person and, accordingly, he also needs to move and skip, secondly, regularly (and especially during rush hour) there is 1 cashier, the queue is again next to the vegetable department, you also have to bypass it, people stand at least until the middle of the store, and thirdly, if you decided to save your time and somehow miraculously reached the self-service cash desks (which are located next to the same queue and with the same vegetables) then you can't punch through ALL your goods on your own (you know, energy companies, alcohol), but it can only be eggs that passed with the error "incorrect weight", the cashier can't help, let me remind you, he's alone, no one in the hall responds to a call for help and you have to crawl through the queue of people again to search the store for at least someone else from the staff. In addition, the selection of products in the store is quite modest, there is usually no bread in the evening, vegetables / fruits are very often rotten.

People who don't know how to communicate with people work at the checkout. Especially for the elderly, the cashier rudely communicated with customers when the chicken leaked at the checkout , for some reason, she did not come up with a better solution than to start talking to elderly people in raised tones and rudely , arguing that they should have put the chicken in a bag , but she did not have any bags . And then her discontent shifted to other customers . If customers have to search for packages on their own and put chicken and other meat in them, then there should be a warning about this, and not be rude to customers. I understand that there are few good grocery stores in the area, but this does not give cashiers the right to communicate with customers like this

I come to the store before work to buy a business lunch for lunch. They are often out of stock or 1-2 items (of those that no one takes). They answer any questions that they do not deliver. I assume that due to the short shelf life, the store orders little and there is not enough for everyone. We'll have to find an alternative to this store.
