Anyone who was here when the Crown was still here knows how much we missed a good store in the area that would work until 23:00 and have a full range of goods. And after the unsuccessful Closing, we waited! The neighbors are a great store with a good work schedule from 7 to 23, with a wide range of goods and even fresh pastries. Good afternoon. I am complaining about the poor quality of the product and unsatisfactory service received at the Neighbors store at 24 Yanki Brylya May 15th, 2026. When visiting the fruit and vegetable department, they wanted to buy potatoes. The product offered for sale looked ROTTEN, green, contaminated, with visible damage, which clearly indicated its poor quality and possibly unusability. I was forced to abandon the purchase of potatoes that turned out to be unusable. Hoping to find a better quality product, I contacted the salesman at the sales floor. I asked about the availability of higher quality potatoes or the possibility of replacing them. In response to my question, the seller stated in a rude and disrespectful manner: "What don't you like? He's all like that!" After that, the salesperson turned around and left the department without explanation, without offering an alternative solution, help, or apology. I ask you to conduct an investigation into this incident, take measures to improve the quality of the products offered, especially fruits and vegetables, and improve the standards of staff service in the store.

The machine shop is not bad in terms of assortment , but what is going on with our employees ??? I'm not saying that they don't even say hello , they're sitting eating at the checkout right in front of you , you're calling at the self-service checkout , she's also on the phone , unhappy that you called , there's no one at the meat market all the time . What is this anyway?? The store has no reputation , and I don 't want to return to such employees .
