So they put out the goods, and at the checkout (more often one works), there is a crowd of people, they constantly need help at self-service cash desks, since older people use them and are not completely successful, they often need advice. Not everyone is used to innovations with dairy products and QR codes. Meat products are a separate pain: there is nothing normal here and to a large extent everything is at a discount of 20-50%, in fact, it is already spoiled. You can also restore order and control over the products. Add to the assortment. I would like to say separately about the flour department: the assortment of bread and other products leaves much to be desired. Other manufacturers are in demand among people, but the store management does not see this and does not analyze it. It is often impossible to buy mineral water. It is quickly dismantled and the counters are empty for several days. Vegetables and fruits are also sorted infrequently, which indicates a large accumulation of spoiled products on the shelves. There is a feeling of an insufficient number of employees and the absence of a normal head of this store.

Before these "Neighbors" opened, I thought that such a store would definitely "crush" the old "Factory" located nearby. I was wrong. The competition was weak because there are a lot of complaints about the "Neighbors". Starting from the lack of a good meat department, ending with some kind of confusion at the checkout: I've always had almost only one working checkout. Baking: we bought 2 baguettes on New Year's Eve, and it's just a disappointment squared! Either something with the recipe, or with the pastry chef's hands! The baguettes are absolutely pale, but in a very hard crust! In fact, they are rubber, with the taste of undercooked pasta. I'm sorry, it turned out to be some kind of nedomagazine of the Neighbors network. The main buyers, especially from the old-timers, are crowding into the "ZRT".
