AMBIGUOUS!! A month ago, I would have rated the store 5 stars. Good product range, full shelves, clean enough. In terms of the choice of vegetables and fruits, the store deservedly beat the euroopt, which is across the street. BUT EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED. It seems like what could go wrong?? And I was ready for this question!! An unpleasant situation occurred, we bought Peking cabbage for a salad for dinner. The next day they took it out, and under the green upper leaves they found a rotten cabbage.. My mood is ruined, and so is my appetite. It was possible to blame everything on carelessness in choosing the product, but the other day there was an identical incident with the same cabbage. What caused it is unknown. Bad suppliers, inappropriate storage conditions, or something else.. it remains only to guess ... it is clear to everyone that the opinion about the store has not changed for the better, unfortunately..

In the store, the quality of the product, its range and customer service have noticeably deteriorated. There is nothing much to take, there are no new products. The quality of the packages is lame, and the freshness of the products is often poor. The price tags have become huge. For such a level of assortment and improper storage? Strange. The staff has become rude, they can often snatch your document out of their hands or turn over and even examine your bank card, which is a gross violation, as well as their favorite kind of "you owe me everything and I don't have to comply with my work duties at all." It is difficult for employees to respond with a greeting to a greeting or offer a package (although, according to the rules, they are required to start with this themselves). On the aisle right at the customer's feet, an employee can often get in the way of laying out goods or transporting a cart at high speed, almost bumping into you. Frequent loud gossip throughout the store about the appearance and behavior of customers, what is unethical to do, and, to tell the truth, listening while standing in line is already boring. This applies more to the young staff, they are always there with a "special" attitude. There are long queues, workers often can't cope, they are too lazy to do work promptly when there are a large number of people in the store, until an employee from the old guard comes to rescue them once again, who will save the situation with a crowd of nervous people. There was no such mess, again, with the old guard. The store used to always have fast, polite, hardworking people working in it, it was always a pleasure to go there, it was a favorite store. Now there is absolutely no desire to return there and leave your money there for such an attitude and the quality of the product.
