It's not a bad store. A good assortment. I visit almost every day. I work in this field myself, I understand how hard it is, and so on. But this is already crossing all boundaries. In this store, I periodically buy salmon bellies, for a minute, not for 15-20 rubles, but for more than 30 rubles per 1 kg. I came across normal ones several times, once I returned them, they changed them for me, I didn't swear, I even thanked them, I'm not a conflicted person. But many times I closed my eyes and threw them away, because when I took them out of the bag, I found them rotten or with a very unpleasant smell. But my patience has come to an end. Today, on Christmas Day, 07.01.2026, I visited this store, in the fish department I asked the seller if they were too old, to which they nodded and sold me in 2 packages, I believed and did not check for the smell. When I got home and opened this package, I almost threw up. I threw it down the garbage chute, but in the end I was in a bad mood and the smell of rotten food followed. Next time, this is the last time, if I come across such a low-quality product again 10 times, this store will not get off with one review, I promise. Thanks

Уважаемая администрация, проведите тренинг с вашими сотрудниками по работе с клиентами!! Кассир на КСО кричала на меня, в прямом смысле этого слова, что я зашла в зал через выход из касс самообслуживания и еще в след какие-то гадости выкрикивала! Это не позволительно. Мне надо было купить товар, который находится рядом с этими кассами, не было времени делать круг через весь зал! На следующий день у КСО поставили тележку, которая мешает проходу, наверно, чтобы такие как я не заходили, ну глупо, конечно.

A wide variety of products. But the cooking is disgusting. Tasteless salads, seasoned with some kind of filth. Disgusting pastries. Burnt buns made from bad flour. The pies are terrible: just sugar with a loaf. They cause terrible heartburn.
