I have been a client of this company for a long time. I ordered quite a lot and often. But I am terminating the cooperation due to the fact that the company actually assembled my order incorrectly and refused to find a compromise to replace the goods. I don't recommend ordering coffee there, because in their opinion, all possible mistakes are solely the fault of the customer himself. With this approach, their work is unlikely to be successful. The mood is spoiled before the New Year. I will be looking for another supplier.

To pick up an order, you need to go through a checkpoint and two buildings, just like in a factory. The average customer has nothing to do here. And they look at you like you're a fool who walked in the wrong door. It's like being in a secret security facility. If you are a legal entity and you are taking a large order for a large amount, then it still makes sense to come here, but for the sake of a couple of packs for yourself, definitely not. Sorso, make better PVZ in your coffee shops, as roast did. You place an order and it is delivered directly to one of the coffee shops in the city center. It's very convenient and you don 't need to go through any security posts or get into a secure facility for a pack of coffee. 🙈
