The Russian text is below I visited this branch on New Year's Eve, around noon. The hall was almost empty. Festive pop music was playing inside. The lobby offers a fairly wide range of ice cream: berry, caramel, vanilla–chocolate, sorbet and other interesting combinations. In addition to the main menu, there is also a range of desserts (values and types in the photos). It can be said that the common room is divided into four zones. The lobby (service area) is followed by a small section dedicated to children's leisure activities (see photo). Thirdly, the main part is cozy and bright. The fourth zone looks like a part adjacent to the main one, under a canopy, well-maintained and heated. There is a beautiful view of the garden from here. The order included ice cream "biscotto cream " and "cheesecake bowl " (about 80-100 grams each, 700 drams apiece), as well as green tea at a price of 1300 drams per cup (+ 10% service fee). ✅️ It is possible to order ice cream in a waffle cone, baking dish, container or in regular dishes. The balls were served in medium-hard waffle slices. By the way, when buying, you can specify which part of the store you would like to get ice cream from, if you have such preferences. I was waiting for a cheesecake with jelly syrup, but (as seen in the photo) My expectations were not fulfilled. The level of sweetness in the ice cream, which I mentioned above, was average for me, the berry taste is poorly expressed (I can't name a unique taste). I liked the "biscotto cream" version. This combination will appeal to caramel lovers. The ice cream contained several pieces of cookies, not crunchy, medium soft, as well as slightly chewy caramel. It was gratifying that there was no artificial caramel in the ice cream. ✅️ The service was neutral and timely. I visited this institution on New Year's Eve, closer to noon. In the aforementioned ice cream, the sweetness level was average for me, the berry taste was minimal (I can't mention any special, pronounced taste). I liked the "Biscotto cream" option the most. It will be especially appreciated by lovers of caramel flavor. There were pieces of biscuits in the composition — not crunchy, medium-soft, as well as slightly sticky caramel. It's nice that there was no artificial caramel flavor in the ice cream. ✅️ The service was neutral and timely.

We visited this cafe today. I must say right away that the problem is not in service, but in honesty. When we carefully checked the invoice, it turned out that an item that we had already paid for earlier was added to it, a collage sandwich for about 3,000 AMD. The money was returned, but the manager did not even come over, but simply handed over 3,000 drams through the waiter, as if this were an ordinary minor mistake. We took the money and didn't even leave a tip, but that's not the point. In the restaurant business, in such a situation, the manager must personally approach, apologize and make the right gesture from the establishment, offer a compliment or pay the bill at the restaurant's expense. We would most likely have refused this, but the gesture itself is a standard of hospitality and respect for the guest. The most annoying thing is that this is not the first such case on this network. Therefore, it seems that the extra positions are simply added in the hope that the guests will not notice.

I want to praise this place. Well, first of all, a very tasty sandwich with jamon and strachatella. Secondly, they ask if they liked everything, which is a rarity for Yerevan) We didn't like the sea buckthorn tea - it was immediately taken away and offered to be replaced. A pleasant place overall.
