A great place for a family vacation. We visited in July 2025. New houses, snow-white linen, cleanliness everywhere, new furniture. There were no interruptions in water and electricity. There is everything you need - a hairdryer, soap accessories (if necessary), a shared washing machine, a basin. There is a refrigerator in the room, which freezes perfectly. The pool is small, but with clear water. There is a dining room on site where the food is delicious! Great breakfasts! We ordered both lunches and dinners there, it was always very tasty!Kind and helpful people work there, Aunt Rita, thank you very much for your concern, mint tea and delicious coffee! The sea is 10 minutes away, the beach is pebbly, the sea is clean, there are sun beds, tents, cafes, jet skis, bananas and everything your heart desires. In general, I recommend this place to visit. We were very satisfied.

С 5 по 20 июня отдыхала с семьёй в прекрасном отеле "Солнечный рай" Это были самые лучшие 2 недели в моей жизни! Хочу отметить очень отзывчивый персонал. Сергей, хозяин этого заведения и администратор Надира всегда во всем помогут и все подскажут, например, какие экскурсии посетить и на какой пляж съездить. Когда отменили рейс в аэропорту, меня здесь радушно встретили снова, предоставили номер, не смотря на то что я вернулась на ночь глядя. А при повторном отъезде организовали доставку прямо в аэропорт по очень демократичной цене! И проводили совместным застольем с отличным домашним вином, которое, кстати, Сергей делает сам! Очень вкусное вино! Им Сергей одаривает всех гостей регулярно на протяжении всего отдыха и отдельно в день отъезда преподносит несколько бутылок))) А еще угощает отличным пловом и шашлыком собственного приготовления! Вино и чача были в комплекте) На территории есть общая кухня со ВСЕМ необходимым. Мангальная зона, детская площадка. Особенно понравился всегда чистый бассейн с лежаками. Он очень выручал первое время, так как море еще было холодное. До моря близко, но и не так чтобы было шумно. Это закрытая территория с собственной парковкой и атмосферой уюта и тишины. Рядом куча столовых и прочих магазинчиков. Очень классная зона отдыха со столиками, которая отделена друг от друга зеленой зоной. Везде чисто, красиво, по вечерам все проливают холодной водой чтобы было посвежее. Домики новые, с хорошей мебелью и постельным бельём. Есть все для комфортного пребывания. Душ, фен, туалетные принадлежности, полотенца, холодильник, телевизор , кондиционер , вай-фай, тазик, сушилка на террасе. Общие стиральные машины бесплатно. Скоро заработает большой кафе-бар. Мы познакомились с очень хорошими семьями из Якутии и Сургута, жалко что поздно. Отлично проводили вместе время на экскурсиях и в вечерних посиделках! Обязательно в следующем году договоримся и приедем сюда снова все вместе!

We rested in the cabins of the Sunny Paradise in the first half of August. We got there by plane through Sochi, so we were very late, we arrived at night, around 10 pm. And imagine our surprise when we saw a man walking towards us with open arms and saying how they were waiting for us, offering to urgently sit down at the table. It was Eddie, the son of the hotel owner. We arrived just on the day when the hotel guests are treated to a free meal. We did not think that we would be greeted like this: shish kebab, pilaf, homemade wine and compote. After a hard journey, such a warm welcome made me happy. They showed us the house, everything is really like in the photo: clean, tidy, cozy. There are towels for everyone (shower, face), hairdryer, small fridge, air conditioning, comfortable mattress. Replacement of towels and linen on request. A hearty breakfast is served every morning: porridge (different) and either pancakes, pancakes, cheesecakes, or omelette with sausages, sausage and cheese with bread. Thanks to Lena and Arthur for the delicious dishes. And of course, there are several tea options from Rita: tea with basil and lemon, with mint. The cafe of our hotel enjoys a good reputation, we did not even try to eat in other places of Alakhadze. There is a shared kitchen with plenty of dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave and a stove. A washing machine is also available. From the place of residence, only positive reviews are included in the price list, which you will see in reality. The parking lot was packed with cars, and all the cabins were occupied. There are fruit trees on the territory, there is a lounge area with a small pool, but since the sea is within walking distance, we tried to go to the beach more often. The trip to the sea took about 15 minutes. The beach is pebbly, the sea is often exciting. But we only missed swimming once. It's great to walk along the road and look at the almost ripe figs, pears, grapes in the gardens of the villagers, passing cows and carefree dogs relaxing in the shade from the heat. The presence of animals did not bother us, but rather pleased us. The child stroked the cow and talked about it for half a day. But the traffic was really stressful sometimes, if you go to the beach early, you can at least walk along the center of the road, but later than 9 a.m. cars and buses are already driving, you need to be more careful. Walking along the sea is only on pebbles, there is no embankment like in Gagra and Pitsunda. It is 11 km from Alakhadze to Gagra and 11 km to Pitsunda, so we went for a walk there (taxi 1 thousand rubles.). There are many excursions, we chose a jeep trip to the Geghsky waterfall (there is no way to get there by tour bus) And Ritsu is a big one-day excursion. It is very convenient to get to these attractions from Alakhadzy. Concluding the review, I should write that we had a good rest: we changed the environment, admired nature and met different people, whose culture and mentality differ from ours, but this is what is interesting. I want to learn other facets of life through such trips. It's good that there are places that help us realize our plans. Thanks to all who are connected with the Sunny Paradise!
