We had a vacation in July 2024. The location is good-close to the sea. Everything was in place and working. I really missed the table on the balcony - they pulled out the bedside table. But, apparently, we were not the first to do this, as there was mold on the cabinets on the reverse side. We lived on the 1st floor - a sea of mosquitoes. I bought purple spirals at a nearby grocery store-they helped me well. It's quiet in the evening- entertainment venues are far away. The food is varied, but by 5-7 days it gets boring. At first, the relatives were placed directly in front of the reception desk-it was very noisy at night, but they were moved to the 2nd floor upon request. There was GREAT animation at the building in the evenings. The girl entertained and sincerely interested all the children. They were already waiting for her.

Vacationing family with 30.06.2025 for 10.07.2025, in General, everything is fine, was pleasantly surprised, the expectations were bad because I read a lot of reviews after buying tour package proposal was gorgeous for the price of flights accommodation and 3 meals a day(buffet-food delicious conventional light salads, beets,carrots,cabbage,beans, side dishes rice,pasta,buckwheat,potatoes,fish,chicken,meat goulash-chic yummy, always add cilantro I'm not a fan but there's straight to the subject, the excellent Breakfast cereals,scrambled eggs,cottage cheese casserole ,crepes,sausage, chicken ,everyone will find something to eat ,but first do all driven from the main building to the furthest at the beginning of the rest is not particularly nice shot score, most requested to the management of change policy , found counter tourists helped because they themselves are faced with the same reception , issued quickly settled in at 14:00, standard room with additional place, the staff is helpful,there were no problems, it's not Turkey the price matches the quality, the Breakfast from 7 to 10, 13-15 lunch,dinner from 18 to 20, the food is always no need to run to the top,tourists themselves create a flea market and turn the dining staff is great, try to maintain order and cleanliness, and as soon as some kind of dish ends immediately update the house on the beach, work to 23:30, so who wants to have some fun maybe in time, and sleep does not interfere with after 00:00 the silence only frogs, but that is the nature🤷♀️expensive trips and long, you can find different options , you can rent a car to take you to negotiate with the local time in hotel Hairdryer in room, refrigerator,air conditioner,dryer,towel for feet and for body small change every three days,put toilet paper on a daily basis , near the sea, the beautiful nature,I recommend!!! The main thing is not to expect much, and what you get will pleasantly surprise you, not the other way around.

We had a rest from June 18-26. We lived on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the park and the sea. When I was choosing a trip, the main thing was the proximity to the sea and everything was included. The building is located directly on the 1st line - 1 minute to the beach. The beach is nice with sand and pleasant pebbles. There are also 2 cafes with sea views and kiosks with drinks, ice cream and even chocolate-covered strawberries. The atmosphere on the beach is awesome - the music from the bars, the calm, warm and clear sea. There are sun beds with umbrellas, as well as nearby beach cabana with mattresses (Moko beach). The territory of the hotel is huge and you can choose any beach. Food: everything is delicious and satisfying, and if you get bored after a week, there are many cafes on the beach, in the city or on the embankment. The rooms are cleaned daily, and you can buy some water yourself. We took 5 liters at the supermarket, and there are also 1.5 liters for 80 rubles at the reception. The territory is very beautiful: palm trees, cypresses, magnolia blossoms and other trees. Gardeners are constantly cleaning, pruning, and peeling leaves. Lots of roses. I would like to thank Beslan separately for the tuk tuk rides. He is a kind-hearted man. Friendly and very attentive. My 4-year-old son is thrilled. We will never forget our trips from the sunny beach building to the pool! There is a huge playground near the Eucalyptus building, a new one with lots of slides, swings and, importantly, a soft surface! I also want to mention the gorgeous pool, which is located near the 1st building. When you approach him, you ask is this really a 2* hotel? He's at least pulling at level 4*👍 The most important thing is that it is clean. There is a children's shallow and an adult deep one. The water is warm, like in the sea. The view is simply stunning of the cypresses and the sea. A special person keeps order, unfortunately I forgot my name. But he is admired- it is clear that a person has a love for children, he knows almost everyone by name and calmly makes comments if the children are doing something wrong. With such a viewer, it's not even dangerous to walk 5 minutes to the bar while the child is in the pool. 👍 On the day of the response, we took a boat (the price is 1,500 rubles per hour, and there are a million emotions)and we went to the open sea🔥What a delight it is to see the turquoise beautiful sea, fly at speed under the sea breeze, see dolphins and swim in the open sea! I advise everyone to take this walk! These 8 days have been wonderful! Let's come back again!
