And we were told that the surprise box can only be received with purchases starting from 300. When asked why they can be bought separately in Russia, but not in Belarus, the saleswoman rudely and loudly began to say that Belarus is not Russia (as if I did not know), we are not in Russia now, in general, she behaved very rudely. The saleswoman is a brunette. Work with employees and teach them how to talk to customers and properly explain why there are such different promotions in different countries. If she hadn't been rude to me, then I would have made a purchase for a certain amount to get a box, but after such treatment of clients, I didn't set foot here!!!!

I will never buy anything in this store again, I bought a watch in this store on March 18, 2025. I liked them with pleasure, I only wore them when I went out. She wore her hands carefully and didn't wash them when she wasn't wearing them. They were always in boxes with a branded pad. I recently noticed that the paint was coming out, and I understand that the product is not a year old. We contacted the store, as the warranty is still valid. They told me to wait two weeks. A little more than two weeks later, we got a call and were told that this was not a special case. But when the watch was bought, the warranty was for all occasions. Bottom line, I'm very upset. This is the first and last time I bought something there. And the watch wasn't cheap. Of course, we tried to find out why this was not a warranty case, to which we heard rude answers on the phone.... Thank you Sokolov, you are the best........😡 If next time I want to buy something, I will definitely come to you!
