Great houses. Although planes fly, there is nothing to be heard in the apartment. Good apartment layout. Panoramic windows on balconies (loggias). Closed territory in the yard. A large playground. Basketball court. The parking is equipped. Modern intercom system. Minus these shops, of course, 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket. But in general, it is an ideal place for a quiet, peaceful life.
