Unfortunately, this is not the first time this situation has occurred. At the same time, the delivery is charged separately, so such delays are especially unpleasant. Your food is good, but you don't want to order again with this service. I really hope that you will pay attention to the problem and improve the service.

I ordered pizza by phone because there is an error on the website. It was delivered 1.5 hours later than the order time indicated. It was already cold without a hint of warmth, the huge sides start quite early (a very large unoccupied area without stuffing). The price is also unreasonable for pizza. Even in Minsk, they won't ask for that much.
