We had a family vacation in Dubai for the New Year holidays. We contacted the Softtour travel agency and were very satisfied! Natalia, the travel agent, is a professional in her field, she chose for us the wonderful Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel, which we remember with warmth and want to return again. The hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from the metro, the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach and to the Emirates Mall, flights are operated daily and frequently. The hotel provides free towels and umbrellas for relaxing on the beach. There is a large heated swimming pool on the roof and a restaurant where you can eat if desired. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, equipped with all necessary appliances, bathroom accessories, tea/coffee. The staff performs daily cleaning. Everyone is very friendly, they treat you with awe and attention, they are interested in whether everything is fine with you, they try to make your vacation even better. There is always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception during the shift. The food is at the highest level, the buffet format, a variety of dishes and cuisines. If you have an intolerance to certain foods, you can tell the cook, and he will prepare a dish specifically for you in accordance with your eating habits. We should also mention the celebration of the New Year. A gala dinner is being organized at the hotel. In the evening, memorable gifts (hats, masks for the masquerade) were waiting for us at dinner, we took cool photos, and after that we all went out onto the roof, from where we had a great view of two locations with fireworks, the closest of which is Burj Al Arab. Anyway, now I just want to go back there) We are very grateful to Natalia for an unforgettable vacation, she stayed in touch with us throughout our trip, advised and helped us with any questions that arose, which made the rest at the highest level and very comfortable.

SOFTTOUR in the person of the beautiful Daria sent us... to HEAVEN!!! This is our fourth visit to Egypt, and our third to Sharma. Always in good 5* hotels, but this time it's just perfect! No, there are always some small nuances, but wow! The sea, the weather, the service, the hotel itself are beyond praise! Daria is an excellent manager and a very pleasant person, polite and competent. And most importantly, he is not indifferent to either clients or work. I have only pleasant impressions of Angelina's manager's work — she is very attentive, talks in detail about all the nuances and details of the future trip (which is incredibly encouraging, given that many travel agents try to quickly sell a "beautiful picture" that often does not correspond to reality) Together we chose a tour that was suitable for the price-quality ratio, and literally two weeks later I flew to Sharjah (UAE). There were no problems with organizational matters — the memo from the travel agency contained information on meeting at the airport, etc. And even briefly there was information about the culture, customs, laws of the UAE — it will not be superfluous for those who come here for the first time) As for the sea, the beach and the general atmosphere of relaxation, they are incomparable.✨ The trip was also decorated with excursions to Dubai and Oman (for a walk on the ocean) — I especially recommend the latter.
