A good hostel-hotel, everything inside is solid, high-quality, at least in our room (there was a suite), at an affordable price, by the way. The attic floor, but it doesn't bother, the ceilings are comfortably lowered and it's even nice to live with such ceilings sometimes. And there is a monastery within walking distance, while you reach it (20 minutes), you get into the atmosphere of a calm, well-maintained village town, the fences in Polotsk were amazing for us - everywhere concrete with balusters and decorations! And the hotel is quiet and pleasant.… You can stop again and more than once)

I don't know how the hostel stays when it's full, but during our stay, only 4-6 rooms out of, if I'm not mistaken, 12-14 rooms were occupied. I liked everything - closed Parking for a sufficient number of cars, a Playground, a barbecue area, a terrace with tables, gazebos. There is a beautiful and clean dining room, there is everything you need for your own cooking from dishes and appliances, as well as a lot of cereals, spices and other things. There is a very nice and helpful girl at the reception, the whole hostel is very clean and cozy. We slept in absolute silence - there were no sounds either outside or inside the hostel, however, we spent only one night. We were the last to leave, we took advantage of it with pleasure and walked around the small well-groomed territory, looking into all the corners, and after leaving we forgot about the delicious Belarusian ice cream left in the freezer. We called the girl at the reception and asked her to eat it for us.😊 In general, we definitely recommend it!

Namely, I didn't like that the shower faucet near the steam room was broken, and the cockroaches nearby left unpleasant impressions. We spent two nights, traveled to nearby cities. We lived in a two-room suite with a large hallway and a spacious bathroom in the attic. It's relatively clean, and the renovation is a little late, but it doesn't affect the quality of your stay. I liked that there is a large kitchen downstairs where you can cook, there are a lot of dishes, everything is well equipped. Parking is good, the territory is well maintained. The TV wasn't working, so I had to insist on getting it fixed, and everything worked. There are a lot of people relaxing, there is a sauna, a barbecue area; the atmosphere of home and comfort. We had a good rest, it was quiet. We were driving without a navigator, and we found it quickly, because the sign with a sign indicating the entrance from the main street helps a lot!

The hostel is open 24/7, there is always communication with the administrator. It's quite cozy, clean, and bright. There are grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and dishes. Kettle and refrigerator, TV in the room. The territory is well maintained and fenced. Marina, the receptionist, received us very cordially, was professional and tactful. Overall, it's very good for the hostel. The only caveat is that the shower stall only has a watering can in the ceiling, but I would like to see a watering can with a hose. The hostel is located within walking distance from St. Euphrosyne Monastery. There is a bus stop nearby, 10 minutes and you are in the city center. The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and there is everything in the kitchen to prepare meals if necessary. If it's hot outside, then the room will be stuffy. This must be taken into account.

There are a lot of cups in the kitchen, but no plates. Why? The rooms are well maintained and don't smell anything. The walls are cardboard, if the neighbors have a dog who wants to bark, you'll have to deal with it somehow. They don't really tell you what they have there and what you can use, but the staff is not interested in your experience of staying. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they are clean. As a backup option, when there are no places in hotels because of the athletes, it's very good. I liked that the atmosphere was mostly secluded, but not abandoned. We were in the sauna at the beginning of 2025. The cost is reasonable. The sauna was in a separate building from the hostel. It was possible to additionally use a barbecue, barbecue grills, a veranda, dishes, a microwave, a kettle. We needed our own coal. I liked it and even really liked it. But I disdained to use the pool - the water was not so clear that the bottom could not be seen. And I couldn't get disposable slippers at the reception. The broom was brewed for arrival. So that you have an idea, you will want to go to the toilet/bathroom, everything is combined, first you are greeted by a sink and a mirror, then there is a toilet in the corner and a tropical shower behind the wall and that's it. (It was as disgusting as possible to wash there)there was dirt of all kinds of unknown origin on the walls of the shower... I was unlucky, I just needed to sleep, but I had to wait for the campers from the same hostel to hear enough. As an example, they refused to tell us the way by phone from the Eternal Flame. It was raining, we got lost... is it really difficult, because the locals work. They gave me the address, and thank you for that. They settled in room 5, there is no hot water in the shower. I had to harden up... then they agreed to relocate, with lamentations that there were always problems with hot water in this room, and why they put the question in the room. We moved to 11. The remotes are fat, you can't take them in your hands. The refrigerator is rattling like a generator… The morning was brightened by the smiles of a charming girl who was very polite and kind..

A very cool place to stay in Polotsk. It is located 10 minutes by public transport from the city center. Nice staff. In general, it is not a bad place in the private sector on the outskirts of Polotsk. On the territory there is a small playground, a sauna (which we did not get into, we need to book in advance), barbecues and gazebos where you can sit with a barbecue. Our room was on the 1st floor, 4-bed - 2 beds and a two-storey one. The beds were wooden and creaked terribly at the slightest movement. In general, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a TV with one channel, but the bathroom leaves much to be desired (we were here 6 years ago - since then the toilet has been leaking), the shower head is only the upper one with a rather weak pressure.. There is a kitchen where you can cook on your own. It is a pity that we have abandoned the practice of breakfast from the hotel. The Internet was provided, but I almost didn't catch it in the room, just like 6 years ago, by the way. But in general, it is quite suitable for 1 night
