I recently stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. The staff was polite and always ready to help. The rooms are clean, cozy and modern, and cleaning was carried out every day. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The location of the hotel is also very convenient — there are shops, cafes and transport nearby. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The hotel is so - so . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff is not attentive For such money , it should be clean and tidy , but in fact someone's hair is in the sink , there was no toilet paper at the time of arrival and someone's jacket was hanging , dirty , the blanket was dirty the night I turned attention but changed , chewing gum is lying around , the room does not seem to be cleaned . there is no elementary water to drink in the room, although it should be. at the reception, the employee was very surprised about the water when I asked him about it and said that there was a store further away and you could buy it. It's not that I can't go to the store, but to the service.

One room was booked and another was checked in. The reservation was made a month in advance. We didn't sleep all night because of the screaming neighbors, and in the morning we moved to a nearby hotel. The bed linen and towels are clean, the beds with mattresses are old and hard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

I do not recommend it. We booked in advance, upon arrival it turned out that there were no seats. We went 40 people with children, somehow settled us in 2 hotels. The conditions leave much to be desired. The bed and towels are stained. There is not even really boiling water in the branch of their hotel. There is a samovar on a stool at the entrance. I had to go down from the third floor with cups. They asked to replace the bed linen. Replaced with a damp duvet cover.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it. I booked the hotel 2 weeks before arrival via Booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that they were no longer working with booking and were ready to accommodate me at a price of 3 (three!!!) three times higher than I booked on booking (photo). I presented a confirmation from the website, presented a correspondence stating that I had a special wish and there was confirmation from the hotel in the chat (i.e. the hotel was aware that I was coming and aware of the price for the room), showed the price, but no one listened to me at the reception. At the reception, they wanted to "spit" on the client. I called the owner of the hotel, he promised that I would be checked in at the price indicated in the booking. But when I returned to the hotel a couple of hours later, the reception told me that the owner had not called them and they were not going to check me in at the booking price. I started calling the owner, but he was "out of the zone." I had to look for another hotel nearby. I looked at the room, at least on the 1st floor, the bathroom in the room smelled of mold. No one even apologized or called back that day or the next.
