I took a new carpet to the dry cleaner with a few small spots and a little dirt.After the dry cleaning, all the dirt went away, but there were yellow-orange spots and streaks on the carpet. They cleaned it two more times, but the stains never went away. They refused to reimburse the cost of the carpet, citing invisible carpet defects that appeared during dry cleaning. In general, the result is that I paid the money, the carpet was ruined. I will not contact this organization anymore.
