My daughter bought sneakers, and the sole caved in a month later. They took it for inspection, and a week later they said in writing that it was not a warranty case. Although, according to the law, there is a two-year warranty on the sole. I will complain about them. The shoes are, accordingly, of terrible quality.

I came to get my sneakers, but the seller was completely indifferent: she was on the phone, didn't come up, and rolled her eyes at questions. I had to run around the gym and beg for help several times. Many models didn't have the right size (although I suspect they weren't even looking for it). I didn't want to make a cash register for such a store after such an attitude. Not another foot.

We placed a pickup order. They called us several times with a question: "Are you coming?" We confirmed every time that we would pick them up on Friday or Saturday. They did not inform us about the booking dates either in calls or in text messages. When we arrive, the order has been canceled. Manager: "Oh, I'm sorry, we canceled, check your email." In other words, the responsibility was shifted to us, although we personally confirmed everything. The request to make a free delivery for the time spent was refused. At the same time, we received confirmation that the order could be picked up by SMS, and the cancellation, it turns out, had to be tracked by mail. Who checks emails now, when everything is confirmed by phone and SMS? It's extremely frustrating when the reservation you confirm doesn't mean anything in the end. Disappointed with the service.
