I would like to ask the administration a question: why not turn off the sound of the elevator on the floors, it is very audible in the rooms, especially those that are located nearby) I would also like to organize a heated pool, at least for a couple of degrees! The breakfast is great, the rest too!

A very nice, new, spacious, colorful hotel. A large flower garden and beautiful plants in it. Very interesting interior in the halls of the hotel. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The movers unloaded the luggage from the taxi, then after registration they brought all the suitcases to the room, when we left they also loaded them into the car. The rooms are clean and cozy, there is everything you need, a kettle, mugs, glasses, linen and towels are in perfect order, everything is changed upon request: "cleaning". New water is also brought when cleaning and towels are changed. Tea, coffee, sugar, cream in bags are also brought to Nova if they asked for cleaning by hanging signs on the back of the door. I really liked it. Thank you.
