Very helpful staff. The suite is nice! We lived as a family, and everything was fine with us. The breakfasts are acceptable, the food is heated on request. The location is not in the center, the center is 3 km away on foot, but there is a metro near the hotel - 3 stops and you are in the old town. In general, if the price is lower than the average, then feel free to take it.

We arrived at the hotel after buying a tour from the Leaf treval tour agency from Tashkent to Baku, the Smith Hotel is the most terrible place in the world, the hotel is dirty to the point of horror, there is mold on the faucets, walls, shower, there is no cold water, insects, the room is not cleaned, the walls are dirty, black, curtains are dusty the windows have not been washed since the last century, the breakfast is poor, eggs, bread, tea, the staff is irresponsible, not attentive. I don't advise anyone to get into this not even a hostel. Who gave this hotel 4 stars, it doesn't even pull one star
