I am a very demanding client, and for me, dentistry begins with the first step – from entering the clinic. One Tashkent dentist didn't even ask me my name. At least the doctor was wearing gloves :) But here, at the Smile Concept clinic, it's a completely different matter. First of all, the managers at the reception meet, take outerwear, offer to leave things in the closet, let them fill out a questionnaire, escort them to the office – no need to wander through the corridors in search of a doctor. Guys, thank you for your attention and professionalism. Dr. Davron Anvarovich is a different story. I don't know how he handled me: I'm very afraid of dentists, since my Soviet childhood I remember how drilling a tooth seems like the end of the world. My salivation increases from fear, and the coordinated work of the doctor and the assistant is important here. And they did a great job 🤝 I liked that the doctor commented on each step: "Now we will do anesthesia, then we will do this, and then that.– It went on like this for an hour and a half. The doctor gave me a break, constantly asked me how I was feeling – this is very important! And, of course, the main thing is the result. Usually, after a filling, a new formation bothers me, but here everything is so polished, as if the tooth has always been like this.
