Smilebus? More like crybus! terrible experience with them, having old buses with no Air conditioning when it’s more then 30 degrees outside… Amazing fun what else can u wish for

Through the website, I signed up for the Loev-Minsk minibus on January 12 at 6.36. I chose the stop on the map on the website. In the morning, I received an SMS with the number of the vehicle, the name and phone number of the driver and a link to the location of the stop. At 6.10, I was already standing at the stop indicated on the map. At 6:38 a.m., I receive a text message that I did not show up at the boarding point and my order was canceled. I immediately dialed the driver, but he did not answer the call. I called carrier support. The operator clarified this question for a couple of minutes and it turned out that the boarding point on the map is in one place, and the driver picks up people in another. The operator also explained the boarding point on the site map. After that, the operator said that it was a programmer's mistake, apologized to me and rescheduled my boarding for the next flight at 7.26. After standing for 50 minutes in 10 degrees of frost, already at the place where, according to the operator, the driver drove up last time, I dialed support again. After 5 minutes of asking the next driver why I hadn't been picked up from the desired boarding point, he replied that he hadn't had any passengers since January 12 and was already in another locality. As a result, I had to get to Minsk through Gomel, and I arrived there not at lunch, as I expected, but at 19.00. I still have the "Bad" statute on my website. It's not my fault, though. 5 days after this trip, the boarding point on the map is still incorrect. It is not clear why the driver does not answer the call and why they send his phone number in an SMS. In short, the situation is unpleasant and I will no longer use the services of this carrier and I do not advise you.

To change the route, you need to get through, but it's not possible to get through, they don't pick up the phone all the time, you can't send a message, there's no mail. 09/13/2025 I got on the route an hour earlier than the ordered time (it was free), I freed up my seat for my time, I was automatically put in a bad status and access to the application was blocked.
