The SMART shopping center is a decent and atmospheric place for recreation and entertainment in Semey, especially if you go with children or a company. It combines many formats: movies, trampolines, roller skates, cafes — it's convenient. But, as in any large "entertainment center", not everything is smooth: it is important to be critical of the service and choose a time when there are fewer people.
