I want to leave a review about the branch on C1. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The studio lacks basic amenities for clients, and the furnishings do not meet the stated standard. After the Velashape procedure, I had a severe allergic reaction on my skin — for 6 days I suffered from severe itching and irritation. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that this was "not provided for by the studio's rules." As a result, the money was returned, but not in full. The question arises: why actively promote services through targeted advertising on Instagram if the quality of service and responsibility to the customer do not meet the stated level? I would like to note separately that the master himself initially made a good impression on me, but later my experience of interacting with the studio turned out to be negative.
