Disgusting!!!! When visiting the store, unfortunately, there were no boots in my size. The seller swore to call back and let me know when they would be or if they would not be, so that I would have the opportunity to buy another product with the certificate presented to me. I waited for 2 weeks, then I started calling myself. It turned out that no one was going to call me back. To a reasonable question: "Then why did you promise?" The seller proudly replied:"This is the human factor!!!"
