The visit did not go according to plan right away: the manicure master's child was trampling on the client's chair in boots, the master had to be asked to wipe, she did not think. Oksana, the hairdresser I was assigned to, was still finishing work with another client. Of course, no one warned or asked to wait, or explained the situation. After the master dismissed the client, she only asked, "Are you in a hurry to catch the bus?" After a negative answer, she silently went for a smoke break. I waited another 5 minutes, and no one came. Since no one was going to perform the procedure for me, I decided to leave. Another master intervened and asked to wait for a couple more minutes. No apologies or explanations have been received. I hope the situation with the staff will change, as there were good craftsmen here before. But after this situation, I don't want to visit the institution, the barbershop's level is "any haircut is 10 rubles."
