Everything is terrible, from the employee's customer orientation to the product. 13.10.2020 I went in for coffee because I saw that they were making Lavazzo (my favorite coffee, I've been drinking it for about 10 years). To my "good afternoon" I did not hear any mutual greeting, only an indignant look from the seller, from the category of "I looked at how I gave a ruble." I bought a latte, I had to make coffee myself at the vending machine... Mdaaaa Maybe I don't understand something about coffee, but for me, a latte is a third of coffee, a third of milk and milk foam. Instead, I watched as 70% of my cup was filled with water, a little coffee and just as little milk, I did not see the foam at all. Of course, there were no lids on the cup. The coffee tasted so disgusting that I can't believe it could have been so spoiled, unless the cheapest variety was filled into the machine. One sip was enough to throw it into the trash without regret.
