Very nice hotel. The stuff is very helpfull and porfesionnal. The location is great : in the center of Yerevan, so easy to visit the city by foot. The breakfast is tasty, as everywhere in Yerevan. My room was very clean and confortable! I recommand lovely this hotel!

Thanks to the hotel staff for their kindness, I was very warmly welcomed and accommodated in a cozy room with a large window, a comfortable bed and everything you need. The cleanliness in the room is perfect! The location of the hotel is exceptionally convenient, in the city center. I remember with pleasure my little trip to this wonderful city, I will come again)

Very cozy hotel with excellent location, friendly staff! The room was cozy, our Windows overlooked the courtyard, it was not noisy. Clear. It's a great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, tastefully done, snow-white fluffy towels and clean bed linen. The staff is polite and friendly. The photos of the room are completely true. The hotel is quiet at night, except for the noise of the street, but it is comfortable to sleep. There is an opportunity to order an English breakfast in Armenian, it was delicious. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome. I really liked it.

A great place to relax and work, a convenient location and a very cozy atmosphere. I have everything I need. The staff is pleasant, they go to a meeting and even help with minor problems that arise as a result of check-in. Everything meets the requirements and photos, just like on the booking page. Laundry and dry cleaning, there is also a storage room!

Very convenient location relative to the center and walking distance to many attractions. The number of rooms is very small, so it is advisable to book in advance. The price tag is average. The room has all the amenities, there are bathrobes, slippers and washing facilities. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. There is an air conditioner. There is a drip coffee machine in the hallway and a table with chairs to sit and chat. Very pleasant and hospitable staff.

In principle, a good mini-hotel. The main disadvantage is noise. The "windows" On the aluminum frame are made of one glass, there is not much difference (in terms of noise from the street) between a closed and an open window. The second disadvantage is that they do not add water, shampoo and gel. And it is not clear by what signs they determine when to do the cleaning. Of course, if you ask, they will remove it and give you water, a towel and a bathrobe.... But it doesn't bother you so much, it's more difficult with noise.

We chose this hotel because of the location and the room itself with an interior table and armchairs. I didn't like that the bed consisted of two mattresses that were constantly moving apart: It was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfasts: not always fresh fruits (November 2023), sausages in cellulose. There was no sour cream on the last day, that is, I made a vegetable salad for all four days and the staff saw it, and then the sour cream ran out and the shops apparently did not work. They didn't drink tea in bags. There are old paths in the corridor:( And the staff is friendly!
