I am very disappointed with the work of this studio. I gave the suit for filing and shortening, but I received it late — the deadlines were violated twice, and no one reported this, I found out in fact when I wrote to them myself. When I finally took the order, the trousers turned out to be sewn incorrectly, not as the measurements were taken. The button on the jacket is almost torn off .Such an attitude towards clients and work is unacceptable. I don't recommend this studio if timing and quality are important to you, especially for that kind of money.

It's the worst service I've ever seen. I gave away the dress, in which I asked to make an additional loop and sew on 2 buttons, the atelier held my dress for two weeks, sent an SMS about the delay in the order, and in the end they refused to fulfill the order at all due to the fact that the dress could be ruined. Why keep the dress for 2 weeks?! I don't recommend it at all! And the management was advised to change the masters, since the order was completed in half a day in another workshop and the next day I had the finished dress.

I used to use it a lot, I took my clothes to the dry cleaners and for repairs I handed in my jacket last time, they initially warned me that it would be a long wait, okay But as a result, they were overdue by two weeks from the appointed date. At the same time, they did not write to me about the delay, I myself had to ask several times where my clothes were and when they would be ready. As a result, the jacket was returned with a torn hood, they did not react to it in any way. Well, you've lost a regular customer yourself I won't give you any more things.
