The worst place for which we paid ~ $500 per day. So, we rented a 6-bed room in one of the cabins. Upon arrival, they found that there was a huge puddle under the bed in one of the rooms. Water was flowing from the windows. We called, they promised to send us a cleaner, but no one came for 3 days. It was cold in the rooms, just like outside. The heating wasn't working in the other room. There is no underfloor heating. The TV doesn't work, we couldn't watch a movie or at least something.…The wizard that was called could not resolve the issue. Sockets are not provided, almost all are occupied by batteries, which do not heat the word at all. It was very cold in the shower, it was terribly unpleasant to wash there. There is no clean drinking water in the kitchen. In general, the hospitality is very strange and there is no concept of service. As for breakfast, 3/10. There is little choice and no luxury. At the entrance, they ask for coupons, which we were not given / not told about at the registration. Let's say the day before, the Soup included a large selection of seafood, meat, exotic fruits, compotes and free coffee for each person. This comparison is appropriate so that you have somewhere to grow and someone to focus on. As for me, it's better to rent a room for ~ 2000 SOM in Karakol and take a taxi to the ski area.
